At Whistler Sky Sports, we teach you how to trespass mankind's most ancestral fear - which is the fear of falling. The oldest dream of mankind is to fly and we help you achieve your dream!

This fear dates back to our existence as monkeys, who were afraid of predators below the trees and therefore unwilling to take the leap of faith. Taking that first leap requires immense courage. Today, flying represents humanity's triumph over that biggest fear. When we dare to overcome our fears and take bold steps forward, we unlock extraordinary possibilities.

Here at Whistler Sky Sports, we are here to hold your hand and make you fall in love with the skies in the most affordable way. Not to forget; you are amidst the most beautiful landscape views in the entire world.

Our Mission

We don't take our fellow aviators on joy rides – we teach them how to dance confidently in those skies and give them a taste and then the skills. If you're the adrenaline seeker, we'll share an unforgettable experience in an open cockpit weight shift trike. If you'd rather take things slow, we have a closed cockpit plane but with very sensitive controls.

Getting your private pilot's license could be very expensive these days. You open your doors towards the most affordable flying with Whistler Sky Sports. With your "Quick Learner's" package, an aspiring pilot can complete their Ultralight permit in as low as 10 hours and Instructor ratings in around 22 hours. In as low as 2-3 months you can learn how to spread your wings and master the art of flying; weather permitting.

Our greatest eternal desire as mankind is to have wings and fly like a bird. You would love the adrenaline rush you will get by learning these challenging skills in the Whistler's challenging terrains surrounded by one of the most beautiful and peaceful bird's eyeview of the Canadian rockies. You are welcome to take these skills with you anywhere in the world, as we teach you to fly in some of the most demanding conditions. That said, we fly only when the weather is ideal for safe operations.
